642.465  Contents and display of permit; operation of funeral establishment by person named on permit.

      1.  Each permit to operate a funeral establishment must specify the name of the owner of the establishment and be displayed conspicuously in the funeral establishment for which it was issued.

      2.  A funeral establishment must not be operated or advertised as being operated by any person other than the owner of the funeral establishment as his or her name appears on the permit to operate that funeral establishment.
