642.067  Inspection of premises where funeral directing conducted or embalming practiced; employment and compensation of inspector.  The Board may inspect any premises in which the business of funeral directing is conducted or where embalming is practiced and, for that purpose, may employ a licensed embalmer of the State of Nevada as an inspector to aid in the enforcement of this chapter and chapters 451 and 452 of NRS and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto, whose compensation and expenses shall be paid out of the fees collected by the Board.
