642.070  Deposit and use of fees.  All fees collected under the provisions of this chapter and chapters 451 and 452 of NRS must be paid to the Treasurer of the Board to be used to defray the necessary expenses of the Board. The Treasurer shall deposit the fees in banks, credit unions or savings and loan associations in the State of Nevada.
