644.260 - Issuance of licenses. - Nevada Statutes

644.260  Issuance of licenses.  The Board shall issue a license as a cosmetologist, aesthetician, electrologist, hair designer, nail technologist, demonstrator of cosmetics or instructor to each applicant who:

      1.  Passes a satisfactory examination, conducted by the Board to determine his or her fitness to practice that occupation of cosmetology; and

      2.  Complies with such other requirements as are prescribed in this chapter for the issuance of the license.
