644.387  Certain cosmetological establishments deemed schools of cosmetology.  Every cosmetological establishment which exacts a fee for the teaching of any branch of cosmetology is a school of cosmetology and shall comply with the provisions of NRS 644.400 and the regulations adopted by the Board.
