645.430  Restrictions on reapplication after applicant denied license on ground other than failure of examination.  If an applicant shall have been denied a license except for failure to pass an examination, the applicant shall not be permitted to reapply until the Real Estate Division shall, in its discretion, upon petition of the applicant, grant leave to file such reapplication.
