645.250  Power of cities and towns to license and regulate brokers and salespersons not affected.  Nothing contained in this chapter shall affect the power of cities and towns to tax, license and regulate real estate brokers or real estate salespersons. The requirements of this chapter shall be in addition to the requirements of any existing or future ordinance of any city or town so taxing, licensing or regulating real estate brokers or real estate salespersons.
