645B.0247 Grounds for denial of license: Authority of Commissioner not limited. The provisions of NRS 645B.0243 and 645B.0245 do not limit the authority of the Commissioner to refuse to issue a license to an applicant for any other lawful reason or pursuant to any other provision of law.
