645B.025  Posting of license; restrictions on transfer or assignment of license.

      1.  A mortgage broker shall post each license in a conspicuous place in the office to which it pertains.

      2.  A mortgage broker may not transfer or assign a license to another person, unless the Commissioner gives written approval.
