645C.720  Unlawful to conduct business of appraisal management company without registration.  Except as otherwise provided in NRS 645C.600, it is unlawful for any person, limited-liability company, partnership, association or corporation to engage in the business of, act in the capacity of, advertise or assume to act as an appraisal management company without first obtaining a registration from the Division pursuant to NRS 645C.600 to 645C.740, inclusive.
