645D.220  Invalidation and surrender of certificate issued in error; notice; request for hearing.  The Division, upon the discovery of an error in the issuance of a certificate that is related to the qualifications or fitness of the holder thereof, may invalidate the certificate upon written notice to the holder. The holder shall surrender the certificate to the Division within 20 days after the notice is sent by the Division. A person whose certificate is invalidated pursuant to this section, and who has surrendered his or her certificate, may request a hearing on the matter in the same manner as for the denial of an application pursuant to NRS 645D.210.
