645E.910  Unlawful for foreign corporation, association or business trust to conduct business of mortgage banker without meeting certain requirements.  It is unlawful for any foreign corporation, association or business trust to conduct any business as a mortgage banker within this State, unless it:

      1.  Qualifies under chapter 80 of NRS; and

      2.  Complies with the provisions of this chapter or, if it claims an exemption from the provisions of this chapter, complies with the requirements for that exemption.
