645E.950  Penalties for general violations.  Except as otherwise provided in NRS 645E.960, a person, or any general partner, director, officer, agent or employee of a person, who violates any provision of this chapter, a regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter or an order of the Commissioner is guilty of a misdemeanor.
