645G.050 - “Financial institution” defined. - Nevada Statutes

645G.050  “Financial institution” defined.  “Financial institution” means any bank, savings and loan association, savings bank or trust company, including a subsidiary or holding company of these, doing business in this State that is federally insured and organized under, or supervised pursuant to, the laws of the United States or of any state.
