649.054  Regulations authorizing collection from location outside of Nevada; standards for trust accounts.  The Commissioner may adopt regulations authorizing collection agencies licensed in this State to collect from a location outside of this State debts due or asserted to be due another person in this State. The Commissioner may, by regulation, establish standards for the establishment and maintenance of trust accounts to be used by collection agencies collecting debts pursuant to this section.
