649.135  Order approving application; findings.  The Commissioner shall enter an order approving the application for a license, keep on file his or her findings of fact pertaining thereto, and permit the applicant to take the required examination, if the Commissioner finds that the applicant has met all the other requirements of this chapter pertaining to the applicant’s qualifications and application.
