649.185 - Application to Commissioner. - Nevada Statutes

649.185  Application to Commissioner.  Each person who is, or desires to become, the manager of a collection agency shall submit an application for a manager’s certificate to the Commissioner in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The application must include all information required to complete the application.
