651.020  Eviction of disorderly persons.  Every owner or keeper of any hotel, inn, motel, motor court, or boardinghouse or lodging house in this State shall have the right to evict from such premises anyone who acts in a disorderly manner, or who destroys the property of any such owner or keeper, or who causes a public disturbance in or upon such premises.
