652.230 - Applicability to public and private laboratories; exceptions. - Nevada Statutes

652.230  Applicability to public and private laboratories; exceptions.  The provisions of this chapter apply to all public and private medical laboratories except:

      1.  A laboratory of any college, university or school which is conducted for the training of its students, actively engaged in research and approved by the State Department of Education.

      2.  Laboratories operated by the Federal Government.

      3.  Laboratories operated by the State Department of Agriculture.
