652.135  Regulations: Length of time records must be retained.  The Board shall adopt regulations establishing the length of time that the health care and other regularly maintained records of a medical laboratory must be retained. The regulations must be consistent with the provisions of Part 493 of Title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
