652.250  Public nuisance; injunctions.  The operation or maintenance of a laboratory in violation of this chapter is declared to be a public nuisance, and the Board may, in addition to other remedies, initiate an action to enjoin such violations or to enjoin the future operation of the laboratory until compliance with the provisions of this chapter is obtained.

      NRS 652.260  Penalties.  Any person or laboratory violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $250 for the first offense and not more than $500 for any subsequent offense. Each act in violation of this chapter constitutes a separate offense.
