656.253  Denial, suspension or revocation of certificate or license.  The Board may refuse to issue or renew or may suspend or revoke a certificate or license if, after notice and a hearing as required by law, the Board determines that the licensee or certificate holder has committed any of the acts set forth in NRS 656.240 or 656.250.
