656A.088 - Deposit and use of money. - Nevada Statutes

656A.088  Deposit and use of money.  Any money received by the Division pursuant to this chapter must be:

      1.  Deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Account for Services for Persons With Impaired Speech or Hearing created by NRS 427A.797; and

      2.  Used by the Division to pay the costs incurred by the Division in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.

      NRS 656A.090  Adoption of regulations.  The Division shall adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
