662.115  Issuance of capital notes, debentures and collateralized debt securities and certificates.  A bank may issue capital notes, collateralized debt securities, collateralized debt certificates, or debentures, convertible or otherwise, subject to such regulations as the Commissioner may adopt with respect thereto.
