666A.220  State branch or agency: Notification regarding insurance of deposits and credit balances.  Each foreign bank which is licensed to establish and maintain a state branch or agency shall, in a manner established by the Commissioner, give notice that deposits and credit balances in that office are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
