669.260 - Applicability of other provisions of title. - Nevada Statutes

669.260  Applicability of other provisions of title.  In addition to other provisions of this title which are applicable to this title as a whole or specifically made applicable to trust companies, the Commissioner may by regulation make applicable to trust companies any regulatory provision contained in chapters 657 to 667, inclusive, which can be reasonably applied and which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
