669A.060 - “Family affiliate” defined. - Nevada Statutes

669A.060  “Family affiliate” defined.  “Family affiliate” means a company or other entity with respect to which a family member possesses, directly or indirectly, the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of that company or entity, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract, power of direction or otherwise.
