670.090 - Articles of incorporation: Filing.
670.090 Articles of incorporation: Filing. The articles of incorporation of the corporation shall be in writing, subscribed by or on behalf of each of the incorporators and acknowledged by each of the subscribers before a notary public and filed in the Office of the Secretary of State for approval. A duplicate copy so subscribed and acknowledged may also be filed.
