673.035 - Administration of chapter. - Nevada Statutes

673.035  Administration of chapter.  The Commissioner shall administer the provisions of this chapter, subject to administrative supervision by the Director. He or she shall make the decisions, determinations and enter the consents and orders necessary or reasonably appropriate to accomplish the purposes of this chapter.
