673.525  Penalty for failure to comply with Commissioner’s demand for possession of property, business and assets.  Whenever the Commissioner demands possession of the property, business and assets of any association, pursuant to NRS 673.485 to 673.577, inclusive, the refusal of any officer, agent, employee or director of such association to comply with the demand is a misdemeanor.
