673.320  Associations empowered to insure accounts.  Any association, company or corporation which may be eligible so to do under the terms of the National Housing Act, approved June 27, 1934, which act is also designated as 12 U.S.C. §§ 1701 to 1743, inclusive, is authorized and empowered to insure, pursuant to Title IV of the National Housing Act, any and all of its accounts as such accounts now or hereafter may be defined under Title IV of the National Housing Act and to do and perform all things necessary or convenient to effect such insurance.
