676.300  Temporary suspension of license: Conditions; notice; hearing; term of suspension. [Effective through June 30, 2010.]  If the Commissioner finds that any one of the requisite grounds for denial, suspension or revocation of the license exists and that the enforcement of this chapter requires the immediate suspension of a license, he or she may, upon 5 days’ written notice and a hearing, enter an order suspending a license for a period not exceeding 20 days, pending the holding of a hearing as prescribed in NRS 676.310.
