676.110  Engaging in business of debt adjusting without license or in violation of chapter prohibited. [Effective through June 30, 2010.]  No person, firm, company or corporation may engage in the business of debt adjusting except as provided in and authorized by this chapter, and without first having obtained a license from the Commissioner.
