677.450  Authority of Commissioner to require attendance of witnesses and production of documents.  The Commissioner may require the attendance of any person and may examine him or her under oath relative to loans or business regulated by this chapter or the subject matter of any examination, investigation or hearing, and may require the production of books, accounts, papers and records.
