679B.135  Regulations: Protections to purchasers, prospective purchasers, holders and former holders of policies.  The Commissioner may adopt regulations which provide in substance the same protections to purchasers, prospective purchasers, holders and former holders of policies and other evidence of insurance as are provided in the Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Model Act, as amended in December 1980, of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
