679B.630  Program to investigate acts or practices of fraud.  The Commissioner shall establish a program within the Division to investigate any act or practice which:

      1.  Violates the provisions of NRS 686A.010 to 686A.310, inclusive; or

      2.  Defrauds or is an attempt to defraud an insurer.
