679B.670  Liability for disclosure of information on fraudulent claim or suspicious fire.  Any person, governmental entity, insurer, employee or representative of an insurer, official of an investigative or law enforcement agency, employee of the Division, the Commissioner, the Attorney General or a member of the Fraud Control Unit is not subject to a criminal penalty or subject to civil liability for libel, slander or any similar cause of action in tort if he or she, without malice, discloses information on a fraudulent claim or suspicious fire.
