683A.160  Application for license.  Each applicant for a license as a managing general agent must submit with his or her application:

      1.  A complete set of his or her fingerprints which the Commissioner may forward to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report;

      2.  The appointment of the applicant as a managing general agent by each insurer or underwriter department to be so represented; and

      3.  The application and license fee specified in NRS 680B.010 and, in addition to any other fee or charge, all applicable fees required pursuant to NRS 680C.110.
