686B.1761 - “Rate” defined. - Nevada Statutes

686B.1761  “Rate” defined.  “Rate” means the cost of insurance based on a unit of exposure to liability before any adjustments are made for an individual employer’s losses, or expenses, or a combination of both. The term does not include minimum premiums charged by an insurer.
