688C.285  Insurer; request for verification of coverage or effecting transfer of policy; forms or disclosures.  An insurer shall not, as a condition of responding to a request for verification of coverage or of effecting the transfer of a policy pursuant to a viatical settlement, require that the viator, insured, provider or broker of viatical settlements sign a form or disclosure that has not been expressly approved by the Commissioner for use in connection with a viatical settlement in this State.
