689.720 - Regulations. - Nevada Statutes

689.720  Regulations.  The Commissioner may adopt such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes and provisions of this chapter.

      NRS 689.730  Penalties.  In addition to any other penalty provided for in this chapter, any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to this chapter, for which a greater penalty is not otherwise provided by law, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
