689C.143  Offering of policy of health insurance for purposes of establishing health savings account.  A carrier may, subject to regulation by the Commissioner, offer a policy of health insurance that has a high deductible and is in compliance with 26 U.S.C. § 223 for the purposes of establishing a health savings account.
