689C.200 - When carrier is not required to offer coverage. - Nevada Statutes

689C.200  When carrier is not required to offer coverage.  A carrier serving small employers is not required to accept applications from or offer coverage to:

      1.  A small employer if the employer is not physically located in the carrier’s established geographic area; or

      2.  An employee if the employee does not work or reside within the carrier’s established geographic area.
