689C.250  Required disclosures to Commissioner; when disclosures constitute trade secret.  A carrier serving small employers shall make the information and documents described in NRS 689C.210 to 689C.240, inclusive, available to the Commissioner upon request. Except in cases of violations of NRS 689C.015 to 689C.355, inclusive, the information is proprietary, constitutes a trade secret, and is not subject to disclosure by the Commissioner to persons outside of the Division except as agreed to by the carrier or as ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
