689C.560  Regulations governing security to be maintained by voluntary purchasing group.  A voluntary purchasing group shall post a bond for the benefit of members of the group and their eligible employees and dependents, or deposit a certificate of deposit or securities, in such a manner and amount as the Commissioner establishes by regulation.
