692A.1037  Application for issuance of license as title agent or escrow officer must include social security number. [Effective until the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.]  An application for the issuance of a license as a title agent or escrow officer must include the social security number of the applicant.

      NRS 692A.104  Fee for issuance or renewal of license as title agent or escrow officer.  Before the issuance or renewal of a license as a title agent or escrow officer the applicant must pay a fee established by the Commissioner of not more than $15 for deposit in the insurance recovery account created by NRS 679B.305.
