692C.070 - “Insurer” defined. - Nevada Statutes

692C.070  “Insurer” defined.  “Insurer” has the meaning ascribed in NRS 679A.100. It does not include agencies, authorities or instrumentalities of the United States, its possessions and territories, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, or any state or political subdivision of a state.
