693A.280  Impairment of capital, surplus or assets: Violation of restrictions; penalty.  If, while any such deficiency exists any officer, director, representative or employee of the insurer knowingly violates or fails to comply with any restriction or requirement placed upon the insurer and its operation by the Commissioner pursuant to NRS 693A.260, he or she shall be punished by a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $5,000 for each offense.
