694C.240  Insurer to include business plan with application for issuance and renewal of license; updates to business plan.  A captive insurer shall include its business plan with its application for the issuance and renewal of a license. If the captive insurer makes any changes to the business plan, the captive insurer shall, as soon as practicable, file a copy of the updated business plan with the Commissioner.
