695B.255  Benefits exceeding those provided under group contract not required; exclusions and limitations.  A medical service corporation is not required to issue a converted contract which provides benefits in excess of those provided under the group contract from which conversion is made, and a converted contract may contain any exclusion or benefit limitation contained in the group contract.
